In 2005 Sunnybanks Homes won 'Best Overall Development' for 'Tuckers Brook', Modbury.

Over the years, the company has undertaken schemes for houses, bungalows and apartments in Devon at Plymouth, Modbury, Thurlestone, Budleigh Salterton, Bridgerule, Halwill Junction and Lewdown.
