Sunnybanks Homes a family firm founded in 1968, by David Walsh, has created an enviable reputation for building over 1,800 quality houses, bungalows and apartments in Devon and Cornwall. This has been reflected in the Western Morning News, New Homes Awards 2002 and 2003 where the company won the 'Family Home' category for its developments at Southview, Bodmin and Brent Tor View, Lewdown respectively. In 2005 Sunnybanks Homes won 'Best Overall Development' for 'Tuckers Brook', Modbury.

The company prides itself on building to the highest standards and specification and each property is built to the exacting NHBC requirements and comes complete with a 10 year warranty. Over the years, the company has undertaken schemes for houses, bungalows and apartments in Devon at Plymouth, Modbury, Thurlestone, Budleigh Salterton, Bridgerule, Halwill Junction and Lewdown. In Cornwall we have built properties in Bodmin, Hatt, Menheniot, Tideford, St. Keyne, Botus Fleming, Callington and St. Cleer.

As well as building quality homes, the company has built, and own, purpose built student accommodation, rented accommodation and industrial units, as well as the English Tourist Board and Cornwall Tourist Board award winning Crylla Valley Cottages site in the River Lynher valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Cornwall.
